Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentHook (the "Service"), a hosted media-generation API operated at getagenthook.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. In these terms, "you" means the account holder and "we" means the operator of AgentHook.

The service

The Service is an API that generates media (video, images, and captions) from your prompts, priced in prepaid Credits. Its lead feature, create_influencer, lets you make a reusable character bound to your account and reuse that same face across runs. You receive API keys, your requests spend Credits, and the media you generate ("Outputs") is stored and served from our media storage. The Service does not publish anything for you; it returns the Outputs and a caption, and you decide what to do with them.

Your account

Keep your API keys secret. Anything generated with your keys counts as your usage, and you are responsible for it. One person or organization per account.

Acceptable use

• Reference images require rights. When you attach reference images you must attest (owns_references: true) that you own them or have permission to use the likenesses they contain. We record that attestation with each run.
• No illegal content, no impersonation without consent, no sexual content involving real people's likenesses, and nothing involving minors. The Service is SFW only.
• Content sent to the Service passes through our upstream model providers, which apply their own content policies. Repeated rejections from those providers can lead to account suspension.

Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable, priced at 1 Credit for $0.01. The price of each tool is shown before you run it. You can buy Credit packs from the credits page; payments are processed by our merchant of record. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value on their own, and any remaining Credits are forfeited if you close your account. Outputs

You own the Outputs you generate, to the extent the upstream model providers' terms permit. Output URLs are unlisted, but anyone who has a URL can fetch it, so treat those URLs as public.

Your data

Your prompts and reference images are sent to the upstream model providers that perform the generation. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts or Outputs to train models. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how it is handled.

Warranty and liability

The Service is provided as is. Generative models fail and misfire, and we make no guarantee about the quality of any particular Output. Our liability for a run is limited to the Credits you paid for it.

Changes
